  1. I too agree that effective communication in the workplace is an essential component to be successful in business, especially in today’s business world where we work in teams more often. Effective communication is important in enhancing relationships within the organization as well as the relationship with clients. In my opinion good relationships increases employee engagement and the overall effectiveness of a team. In other hand I think that miscommunications can cause great losses for an organization.
